50% of the Total Amount is required to secure your booking for your booked and
confirmed dates.
All Banking charges are for your account

Balanceis required 30 days prior arrival by Bank Account

- We will be pleased doing your laundry, prices as per our Pricelist
- Otherwise there are a lot of Laundry´s and Laundromat´s in Town

  • Cleaning in the end of your stay Rand 400.00

 

 

Conditions of contract

  • The contract shall be valid in between landlord and the registered/confirmed tenant.
    2 Persons per Suite
  • Subleasing or outreach is wholly unacceptable, also not in case of earlier departure
  • Children aged 14+ welcome, Adult rate applies
  • Guests will receive gate remotes and keys to house upon arrival.Loss of keys will entail a service provider call-out fee to replace all locks and keys from all 3 Suites at The Private
    Loss of gate remotes will entail a fee of R1000.00 for replacement plus adjusting fee for gate electronic.
  • Breakage charge(s) for any damages caused by the guest, will be added to your account upon check-out. Please take time for inventory.
  • non Smoking inside the house
  • No Pets allowed

 

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A 5% administration & bank charge fee will apply if your reservation is cancelled after accepted and confirmed
  • A 25% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 90 & 60 days prior to expected arrival date.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 60 & 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
  • Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to reservation date or for "No Shows"
  • Do not forget your travel insurance.
